ICIIBMS 2023 is technically co-sponsored by IEEE Fukuoka Section, Japan, Applied Science and Computer Science Publications (ASCSPub http) and supported byTechnical Committee on Life Science-TCCLS (IEEE Computer Society).
Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. Along with publication in IEEE Xplore, IEEE assures wide distribution of conference proceedings by providing abstracting and indexing information of all individual conference papers to worldwide databases such as Engineering Village (IE Compendex) and Scopus. All previous ICIIBMS have been indexed by IE and Scopus.
Objective
Selected papers recommended by the ICIIBMS technical committee based on reviewers recommendation after peer-reviewed (double blind) will be published in the Journal of Applied Science and Computer Science Publications (ASCSPub).
ICIIBMS 2023 offers a virtual presentation for those who cannot manage to come to the venue due to Covid-19. Authors who present remotely will have their papers published in both the ICIIBMS conference proceedings and to IEEE for inclusion into IEEE Xplore and Digital Library.

The International Conference on Intelligent Informatics and Biomedical Sciences (ICIIBMS) creates opportunities for scientists and practitioners to present their original research (full papers, short papers and poster presentations) on various topics, including Signal Processing, Information Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Human-Computer Interaction, Biomedical, Medical Imaging, Bioengineering, Bioinformatics, Natural Sciences, and related fields.

The conference will take place from November 23 to 25, 2023 at Shanghai Institute of Technology, China, both virtually and on-site in the beautiful and spiritual heartland of Shanghai China.
