  • Teams Video Conference Platform will be used for virtual presentations.
  • All conference participants have access to all conference rooms.
  • Attendees can switch to any virtual presentation room at any time.

5.  Selected Papers for Journal Publication

  • All registered participants, including presenters, will receive the conference proceedings.In-Person participants will receive the USB proceedings.​Virtual Participants will receive a digital version of the proceedings after the conference.
  • A link to download the e-Proceedings will be available at the end of the conference.
  • Each presenter has 15 minutes to present.
  • Ten minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A.
  • To maintain the conference schedule, preparation should be made to ensure presentations will finish within the allocated time.
  • Presentations will be stopped if the 15-minute time limit is exceeded.
  • Presenters should confirm presentation dates and times before the start of the conference.
  • Presenters should check in 5 minutes before the start of their presentation.
  • If a presenter does not arrive within 5 minutes after the scheduled start of the presentation, we will proceed with the next presentation. However, presenters can still present at the end of the session.
  • The conference will take place from November 213 to 3, 2024.
  • ​Authors of papers selected for publication in the Journal of  Applied Science and Computer Science Publications (AscsPub) will receive a notification on the 27th  or 30th of November 2024.


  • After receiving the notification from AscsPub, format papers in accordance with the attached template. Please submit formatted papers before the submission deadline.

  • Based on the schedules of previous conferences, the following is the tentative schedule:

    Notification Date: November 27 to 30, 2024
    Submission Deadline: December 20, 2024
    Publication Processing Fee Payment: December 25, 2024
    Publication Date: December 30, 2024.    ​

  • The papers of the NO-SHOWS will not be sent to IEEE for posting into IEEE Xplore, IEEE Digital Library, Scopus, and Engineering Village (EI Compendex). Therefore, as previously stated, presenters are encouraged to confirm the dates and times of their presentations before the start of the conference and be punctual for their scheduled presentations.
