The ICIIBMS 2026 papers application for posting to IEEE Xplore has been completed.

  The ICIIBMS 2026 will be held at OIST University, November 21-24, 2026, Okinawa, Japan

     The 11th International Conference on Intelligent Informatics and BioMedical Sciences (ICIIBMS2026)


Steps to obtain a visa support letter 

1) Submit a paper to ICIIBMS 2025

2) Search if you require a visa to enter Japan. https://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/short/novisa.html

3) Wait for the paper acceptance notification from the ICIIBMS conference

4) Complete and pay for the conference registration

5) If you have completed steps 1 - 4, then contact us (via the form below) to request a "visa support" letter to attend the conference


Note that citizens of certain countries may have difficulties obtaining a  visa to enter Japan. ​
