The ICIIBMS 2025 Conference Tantative Program will be available from November 2, 2025.

The ICIIBMS 2024 has been indexed by IEEE on 12/18/2024. It is now online on IEEE Xplore. Go to Past conferences. The engineering village index process is in progress

  The ICIIBMS 2025 will be held at OIST University, December 2-5, 2025, Okinawa, Japan

     The 10th International Conference on Intelligent Informatics and BioMedical Sciences


Steps to obtain a visa support letter 

1) Submit a paper to ICIIBMS 2025

2) Search if you require a visa to enter Japan. https://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/short/novisa.html

3) Wait for the paper acceptance notification from the ICIIBMS conference

4) Complete and pay for the conference registration

5) If you have completed steps 1 - 4, then contact us (via the form below) to request a "visa support" letter to attend the conference


Note that citizens of certain countries may have difficulties obtaining a  visa to enter Japan. ​
