Steps to obtain a visa support letter - On hold due to the COVID-19 Pandemic
1) Submit a paper to ICIIBMS 2024
2) Research if you require a visa to enter Japan. https://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/short/novisa.html
3) Wait for the paper notification to the ICIIBMS conference
4) Complete and pay for the conference registration
5) If you have completed steps 1 - 4, then contact us (via the form below) to request a "visa support" letter to attend the conference
Note that citizens of certain countries may have difficulties obtaining a Japanese visa.
