Conference Registration

At least one author of each accepted paper must register in order for their paper to be included in the conference proceedings. 

One registration covers only one paper. Co-authors or other attendees should register separately to attend the conference.

Students 

A student is defined as a person who is currently enrolled in a university, college or similar institution in pursuit of a degree. A student ID or letter from his/her advisor will be asked by the conference committee at on-desk registration.​

Cancellation

Cancellations made any time by October 10, 2025, will be given a registration refund of 50%.

No refunds are given for cancellations after October 10, 2025, or for No-Shows at the conference.
